Transformational Anarchists

Today we call them Transformational Anarchists. In conventional organisations they are regarded as disruptive and are often unpopular. However in a world where change is constant and accelerating, in a world where only Post Conventional organisations will survive at scale it is vital for organisations to nurture their Transformational Anarchists.
