As a global leadership consulting company, Holos’s purpose is to enable sustained success for people, clients, communities and society as a whole. In support of this, we are announcing our commitment to Net Zero emissions in line with the Science Based Target initiative (SBTi).
Holos is working with Positive Planet, a sustainability consultancy providing solutions for businesses and organisations looking to take responsible action to reduce climate impact. Working with them, we have set out to measure our current carbon footprint and create a Net Zero reduction plan to establish and commit to a Net Zero target meeting the SBTi requirements.
Although Holos already has no direct emissions (scope 1 and 2) that are controlled by us, we do have indirect emissions (scope 3) that we can influence. Our targets are as follows:
- Keep scope 1 and 2 emissions at zero
- Reduce scope 3 emissions by 30% by 2030
- Reach Net Zero for scopes 1, 2 and 3 by 2040
Holos has long been committed to sustainability and is constantly seeking to incorporate leading environmental practices into our business strategy and operations. Since the company’s inception, we have fostered environmental awareness and responsibility among our faculty, clients, suppliers, and other interested parties within the context of the business.
