If personal data is requested by any individual, we will undertake a Senior Management Team review considering the scope of the request, its legality, its fit to the wording and spirit of the Data Protection Act 1998 and reasonableness i.e. time and cost to provide.  The outcome of the request will be communicated with 10-working days.

We cannot export this data to countries that have less secure data protection legislation without direct permission from the clients’ whose data we hold.
