Working with Paula has been a genuinely transformational experience, she has challenged existing patterns, opened my eyes to new ways of looking at myself and encouraged my curiosity. A key insight that Paula help me explore was that I have always held myself as a dynamic extravert, as our sessions progressed Paula encouraged me to explore this element. Paula did this in a way that was respectful, supportive but also with evidence based on our previous sessions. Paula provided the insights, guidance and space for me to explore this, and since then I have been able to discover and develop a much more authentic understanding of who I am (an introvert!) and bring that to both the work and personal environment. As I worked with Paula her coaching allowed me to safely explore both personal growth and professional motivations, as a result I have left my role as an executive in a multi-national and have the confidence, clarity and understanding that is allowing me to move forward in a way that I would have only dreamt possible before working with Paula.
