Who is Kate

Kate is a coach who specialises in the use of theatre practice to create transformational change. Kate is passionate about the positive fundamental change impact of arts engagement in corporate culture. She has co-authored a radical, new, ten-year cultural strategy currently in operation in her home town. With over 20 years of experience producing training programmes, Kate is endlessly fascinated by people. An accredited coach for the Holos Post Conventional Team Diagnostic and a facilitator for the Post Conventional Leadership 360, Kate combines diagnostic analysis with her drama background, analysing with pinpoint precision and gently guiding towards clarity, co-creating absorbing and effective programmes to address opportunities for change.

Experiences and passions

Following acting training at East 15 Acting School, Kate spent much of her career honing the skills of herself and others in site specific visitor programmes at prestigious sites including the Tower of London and Hampton Court Palace in the UK and Colonial Williamsburg in the US. Working with audiences up-close and personal requires very different skills to conventional stage acting. She now runs her own producing theatre company. Her work with Holoschange Ltd involves the bespoke creation of programmes utilising both historical and modern interactions.
