For a decade, Alec ran his own training business, gaining status as Institute of Leadership & Management Approved Centre.  His company specialised in leadership, business, and professional skills development, areas where Alec’s expertise truly shines. 

In early 2022, Alec embarked on a new chapter, shifting his focus to full-time coaching. This transition was driven by a desire to engage with clients on a more profound and enduring basis, supporting their skills development over the long term.  This move reflects Alec’s belief in the transformative power of continuous, personalised guidance and support.

Beyond his professional pursuits, Alec finds joy and rejuvenation in the great outdoors and the intriguing world of murder mystery weekends.
