Who is SUSAN
Susan is a trusted advisor and truth talker, ensuring that her work is always in service to individual clients, as well as their organization. Her passion lies in lifelong learning and growth – whether it be in working one-on-one with leaders, their teams or more comprehensive and strategic OD, leadership or DEI change efforts.
Experiences and passions
One of Susan’s strengths is her ability to build strong relationships with clients while remaining objective, a skill that helps her to more fully understand their issues and opportunities and how they impact the business. By combining these talents with strategic observation and inquiry, she is able to successfully coach individual leaders as well as design and implement initiatives that enhance the organizational effectiveness of her clients.
Susan was a line manager with P&L responsibility at Baxter International before becoming a leadership and organizational consultant. She brings this experience into her work to help shed light on every day systemic challenges, both from an internal organizational perspective, as well as those that impact customer and marketplace effectiveness.
As a consultant, Susan has performed organizational needs assessments, facilitated executive teams, designed and delivered senior off-sites, conducted best practice research, coached executives, designed program content, facilitated F2F and virtual training around the world and designed organizational development and change frameworks and strategies.
On a more personal level, Susan enjoys playing tennis and watching American college football. She also enjoys reading, watching Jeopardy, traveling internationally and pursuing the elusive green flash on as many tropical beaches as possible.
