  • Executive Coaching: Acted as a thought partner and trusted advisor­­ to a range of C-Suite and senior level leaders, from startups to Fortune 500 companies, helping them to move through key­­ transitions more skillfully and effectively by: (1) increasing self-awareness, (2) sharing new tools, and (3) aligning their actions with the organization’s political landscape and strategic direction. Industries include petroleum and pharma, professional and financial services, software and startups, CPG and technology
  • Team Development:  Partnered with senior leaders to develop and facilitate workshops and retreats for teams experiencing fast growth, transition, or reorganization, to create greater focus, alignment and clarity in a culture of authenticity and respect
  • Leadership Development:  Designed and facilitated a variety of leadership programs for Fortune 500 companies to prepare mid-level leaders for their next level of leadership Programs were delivered to a global audience, r­­­anging from Alaska to Azerbijan.
  • Change:  Developed and facilitated various “Change Management” programs for FTSE 100 companies and other organizations experiencing significant change due to market shifts and internal reorganizations.
