Who is Ozge
Ozge is a leadership development consultant, facilitator and executive coach. She has become a trusted advisor to multinational organisations across countries and industries, helping clients grow their senior leadership teams and develop the right leadership behaviours. Ozge combines her business experience and psychology knowledge with an engaging style to help organisations come up with innovative solutions to their key challenges. Her clients value her story-telling skills, ability to inspire new ways of thinking and encourage them to be more of themselves. Ozge has a passion for helping organisations to create a culture where employees can be happy.
She lives in London and has a daughter studying in university.
Experiences and passions
Ozge has extensive experience in supporting senior leaders and their teams through significant change, helping clients navigate through new beginnings, role transitions, times of conflict and culture transformations. Ozge’s project experience ranges from working with individuals to working with teams in organisations of different size and structure.
Ozge has a true passion for working with clients in designing and implementing Employee Wellbeing programmes, focusing on transforming the HR culture from its conventional approach to managing the end-to-end employee experience, and developing the necessary leadership behaviour to enable lasting change.
After having founded a software company in the UK and growing its clients across 8 countries, Ozge has first-hand experience in business development and bringing products to market. In her work as a consultant and facilitator, Ozge leverages her experience as an entrepreneur to help clients articulate their purpose, develop road maps aligned with the company strategy and facilitate team discussions that lead to innovation and collaboration.
Ozge loves delivering trainings and her favourite subjects include Positive Leadership and Employee Happiness & Wellbeing. She has delivered keynote speeches in ‘Happiness at Work’ since 2004 and was a TEDx speaker in Istanbul in 2015.
