Who is MARK

Mark is an executive coach and facilitator who specialises in thoughtful leadership, communication skills and public speaking. He has worked at all levels of seniority across four continents and has spent countless hours over the last 20 years helping individuals craft their leadership skills.

Experiences and passions

Mark believes in helping people find the space to reflect and grow in their personal and work life. Mark worked in financial services and then trained as an actor at the Bristol old Vic Theatre School. He then worked as a professional actor for ten years and has used his experiences in the arts world to empower senior individuals across the world to find their authentic leadership voice. Mark is a member of the CIPD, EMCC and has an ILM level 7 certificate in executive coaching (Masters equivalent). Mark is passionate about understanding the human condition through psychology and exploring our shared history and how we can use that to create a better future. He has a deep love of the arts particularly drama and storytelling and their potential to bring people together, deepen our understanding of ourselves and help people to shape their futures more effectively. Mark is also passionate about nature, gardening and sustainable farming and rethinking our approach to nutrition and how we feed society.
