Who is Lucy

Lucy’s work as a business coach and consultant is transformative, her relentless desire to get to the root cause of issues has helped multiple organisations create meaningful sustainable change in their business, making it culturally and commercially stronger for the long term.

Her success in coaching stems from an absolute belief in the potential of her clients and a first-hand understanding of the pressures of corporate life. Lucy helps leaders unlock their authentic superpower and build a future proofed visionary business where people are thriving, on purpose, working as a team, taking ownership and operating at their best.

Experiences and passions

Lucy is fascinated in leadership and how people development and adapt to change and believes that building trusting environments where people feel safe and valued is the formula for high performance. She is also passionate about helping young leaders step up and have a voice to help Boards shape businesses that are future proofed.

Over 3 decades she has run her own companies, been a leader in Unilever where she learnt the value of purpose-led brands, worked in a start-up, pioneered a revolutionary new food which led the transformation of a global market. She now lives with her family in the Chiltern Hills where she enjoys cycling and singing.
