Testimonials

Lorna has a supportive and flexible approach, ready to adapt and respond to what I need rather than following a prescriptive programme. She is an excellent listener, often pulling out key areas to discuss and asks the right questions that help me explore ideas. But she also ensures that I don’t forget key areas of focus and holds me accountable to my goals. As a leader, I find the space and time to think invaluable and the time to talk confidentially and openly, essential. Lorna naturally brings about honest conversations, balancing support and challenge, with her own perspective, experience and theoretical approaches. Having had a coach previously that I didn’t find this connection with, I now recognise the benefit of the right one.
