Who is June?

June is an authentic and caring person who has developed and grown over many years of exploring and learning to embody more of who she is to make a difference in the world with a focus on developing leaders and their organisations through growth and change.  June has built her reputation as a leader and practitioner in the field of organisational design and development, executive coaching, leadership and as a business consultant advising CEOs, Executive Boards, and senior HR teams on how to effect change, building leading-edge solutions and develop organisations for a more sustainable future.

June loves her work as a coach.  Her approach is to partner in a thought-provoking and creative process with the intention of helping bring new insight, ongoing learning, and new levels of awareness within the coaching relationship.  Her style is to be supportive, challenging when required and to keep the coaching as real for the client as possible by designing new actions that will most effectively lead to the agreed-upon coaching outcomes.

June has a passion for learning and education to help unlock leaders’ potential, to help them see the world through different eyes as supporting future generations to be ready for the world of work.  June is the current Chair of Edinburgh Napier University and holds two advisory board roles – SchoolforCEOs and Presence Based Coaching, USA.  June is a consummate learner herself and is continuously engaging with the latest research, thought leaders and key influencers in her field.

June and I have known each other for more than 10 years and in that time have worked together as colleagues in the HR Leadership Team of Lloyds Banking Group. June has also worked for me as a client in Virgin Money as a consultant on a project to re-imagine Performance Management for a Tier 1 bank operating with the Virgin Brand. June is a very capable, deeply experienced HR professional with specialisms in Organisation Development. Able to assimilate quickly into new situations and assignments; through great listening, strong stakeholder engagement and application of her deep experience, June brings creative and innovative proposals in response to the brief. June has the capability to both propose and deliver. She has a warm, open, and engaging style and knows her way round multiple sectors, businesses of varying scale and HR functions, all of which help her make an impact quickly. I have no hesitation in recommending June and would work with her again in the future.

June has provided enormous value to me in seeing the things I didn’t see, rebalancing the importance of thought and perspective, and overall helped me to refocus on the maximising outcomes in real time. A great coach who brings a wealth of experience together with an engaging approach to get the best out of the experience.
