Who is June?

A world class leader and practitioner in the field of HR and OD operating in highly complex, global companies. June has considerable international experience (including 5 years working outside of the UK). She has worked in a number of strategic HR Business Partner, HR Director and OD Director roles reporting to CEO’s, senior executives and corporate boards.

June has significant experience in oil and gas, financial services, telecommunications and more recently management consulting – her career has predominantly focused on strategic performance and transformations, working alongside CEO’s, Executive Boards and senior HR teams to effect change and build organization renewal. She has held various leading executive HR positions with companies like BP, Royal Bank of Scotland, British Telecom, and Lloyds Banking Group. Has worked with a leading business psychology consulting practice, YSC as a Director and Head of Scotland to develop and grow the Scottish market as well as lead and support a wide range of consulting and coaching assignments with YSC’s broader global client portfolio.

June’s roles have spanned cultural change, M&A, growing emerging markets, breakthrough performance projects, workforce transformations and delivering group- wide strategic HR priorities across talent, succession, leadership development and learning, organization design, performance management, employee engagement, and change. She helps companies design, develop, and implement large-scale change programs across all areas of HR and facilitates leaders through the execution of their people plans ultimately to improve performance and deliver major organizational change.

June has developed a significant number of HR and OE professionals across the FTSE 100. Her most recent work has been with a broad range of global clients covering executive assessment, management consulting and coaching, leadership development benchmarking and capability, and she has partnered with YSC to develop the culture and values practice.
