TESTIMONIALS

June and I have known each other for more than 10 years and in that time have worked together as colleagues in the HR Leadership Team of Lloyds Banking Group. June has also worked for me as a client in Virgin Money as a consultant on a project to re-imagine Performance Management for a Tier 1 bank operating with the Virgin Brand. June is a very capable, deeply experienced HR professional with specialisms in Organisation Development. Able to assimilate quickly into new situations and assignments; through great listening, strong stakeholder engagement and application of her deep experience, June brings creative and innovative proposals in response to the brief. June has the capability to both propose and deliver. She has a warm, open, and engaging style and knows her way round multiple sectors, businesses of varying scale and HR functions, all of which help her make an impact quickly. I have no hesitation in recommending June and would work with her again in the future.

Kate Guthrie – Board Member and Senior Advisor, Former CPO of Virgin Money

June has provided enormous value to me in seeing the things I didn’t see, rebalancing the importance of thought and perspective, and overall helped me to refocus on the maximising outcomes in real time. A great coach who brings a wealth of experience together with an engaging approach to get the best out of the experience.
