Jonny is a specialist in leadership, learning, change and organisational transformation. He is a Non Executive Director, consultant and coach.
Experiences and passions
Jonny has over 25 years cross-sector experience. He thrives on helping organisations navigate some of their toughest problems and is passionate about developing the skills and capabilities in the people and organisations that he supports.
Jonny’s experience is rooted in change leadership, learning, change management, talent development and organisational design. His broader experience includes operations; systems implementation; culture change; talent management; M&A; and L&D strategy.
His expertise includes top team facilitation, leadership development, learning design, change management, programme delivery, stakeholder engagement, risk management and organisational capability development. He has experience from the board level to the shop floor and is known as a strategic and creative thinker.
Jonny has been privileged to work with a range of FTSE companies and a diversity of global blue chips.
Jonny is a member of the Chartered Institute for Personnel and Development.
