Who is Harry

Harry is a leadership transition, career coach & facilitator working with emerging and established leaders across the Asia-Pacific region and beyond. His area of focus is helping clients to better understand, leverage and refine their leadership style, develop skills in presentation, communication & dialogue and to build psychological safety in teams for high performance.

UK born and Asia raised, Harry first arrived in the region in 1995. He has worked extensively in Singapore, Indonesia and the Philippines, as well as leading teams and serving clients across the whole Asia-Pacific region and in to the Middle East.

Experiences and passions

A former regional leader in the global professional services / HR & TA outsourcing space, Harry’s corporate career involved the acquisition, organisation, and development of talent in the financial services and life sciences sectors. He has led large regional teams, and developed and serviced complex client accounts, both operationally & commercially.

Harry is passionate about developing effective, wholehearted, and authentic leaders. He supports them to build skills, confidence, and awareness of their leadership style and what might be working against them. His style is fun, energising & collaborative, yet structured and action orientated. Harry’s coaching philosophy is strongly influenced by positive psychology with a keen interest in neuroscience, intercultural dynamics, and inclusion.
