Who is Harry

Harry is a cross-cultural leadership coach & facilitator working with emerging and established leaders & teams across the Asia-Pacific region and beyond.

He specialises in working with senior leaders in developing their awareness and skills in communication, inter-cultural competence and inclusive leadership, for high performance.

UK-born and Asia-raised, Harry first arrived in the region in 1995. During this time, he has lived in Singapore, Indonesia, the Philippines and Thailand. As a regional leader in the professional services domain (TA outsourcing in the financial services & life sciences sectors), he has led large teams and served clients across the whole of the Asia-Pacific region and the Middle East.

Harry is passionate about developing confident and authentic leaders. His style is energising & collaborative, while structured and action-orientated. Harry’s coaching philosophy is strongly influenced by positive psychology and neuroscience in leadership with a keen interest in intercultural dynamics and inclusion.
