Gordon is an authentic leader, coach and change agent who has focused on supporting organisations and Individuals make a difference.   Aa diver and humanitarian, Gordon Is passionate about the planet and the impact we are having on it. He is equally passionate about the Impact of leaders on the motivation and performance of Individuals and teams and has spent the majority of his career developing high performance ethical and Inclusive cultures.    Gordon has a reputation for saying it straight and getting to the heart of Issues effecting performance.

experience & passions

Starting his career as a Royal Marines Commando Officer Gordon quickly learned the hard way about leadership and team performance in a range of arduous and testing environments.  Following a career-limiting Injury, Gordon went on to senior training and HR roles In the NHS, the finance sector, and chemical industry before moving into consulting in a number of highly regarded management consultancies.

Gordon has held a number of executive roles and now focuses on the development of executive and senior leaders where he feels his support has most impact on the organisations he works with.
