Who is ROB

At eighteen, Rob was conscripted, learning to cook, and watching as large-scale transformations took place in the South African Defence Force and the whole of South Africa in the early 90’s. Rob reflects a lot, on those and all other transformations he has ever encountered. He has degrees in Computer Science, General and Marketing Management, and Organisation and Leadership Coaching, coping with some learning difficulties enroute. Nearly 30 years of experiences in multiple industries and apprentice-to-exec roles inform Rob’s principles and practices of leadership and coaching others to find themselves, being authentic to their purpose, discovering and living in true freedom. Husband, and father to a preteen who started negotiating at age three, Rob still enjoys cooking for family and friends, eating, exploring wine, reading, learning, and renovating his home while thinking out of the box about many things. 

Experiences and passions

Most of my “wows!” over the years have occurred when someone I work with achieves beyond expectations. I love nurturing high performance innovative organisations through leadership, working with system forces through teaching-mentoring-coaching and watching how people, freer to act authentically and aligned, achieve the unpredicted. Over a decade of organisation transformations, I now know how powerful leadership coaching is to achieve the aims of the organisation, the individual, and actually change “all the things” for better. I coach the whole human being, and the whole organisation, as we delve into mindsets and any other aspects of Self, Will, Conscious Relations, Systems Thinking and more, that emerge that are important to learn with and evolve consciously. My leadership coaching is proven, interesting, exciting sometimes, and effectively bespoke for apprentices to executives. Feedback frequently contains: cares, listens, no-judgement, safe, calm, makes sense, actually helps.
