A change manager is a good corporate citizen and likes to deliver organisational change in a procedural, process-driven way to achieve reliability.
You see change as a continuous improvement process linked to what already is, or used to improve specific functions or areas. Delivery of change is something you have been given as a responsibility by others. You may prefer to adhere to particular theories or models to gain buy-in to your ideas, and will seek external partners to assist in delivering the change who may be tried and tested, or seen to be expert brands. You look for approval for change ideas up the line and contain delivery within specific bounds. The basis for your reasoning is probably to create higher levels of efficiency and predictability, and the changes you deliver will have a start, middle and end point. You see change as requiring control and will supervise others towards achieving this.
