Who is Andy

Andy is an executive coach, facilitator and OD consultant with years of C-Suite level experience across more than 20 countries. He’s a Fellow of the Learning and Performance Institute and a qualified therapist with a solid grounding in Gestalt psychology.

As a coach, Andy has years of experience working with individuals and  teams who are stuck, in conflict or need a hand talking through and resolving change and transition. Mixing his psychological know-how with the practical experience of having been an international CHRO.

Calm, professional and competent on the surface. Playful, adaptable and with a tendency to run towards fires rather than away from them underneath. He is well able to support those he work with through difficult transitions and changes, no matter their scale or complexity.

Experiences and passions

Andy has steered international mergers, rolled out behaviour and culture change programmes, redesigned roles, teams and whole organisations and launched new products and services.  As a coach he has worked with individuals and teams up to CEO and Board level on short and long-term assignments.

Andy gets his energy from meeting new people and experiencing new ways of working. He has a particular fascination with the systems we create around ourselves and how we get stuck within them.

Andy lives in Brighton in the UK and loves cooking (and as a result is trying to learn to love running).

I had the privilege to work with Andy as our CHRO for 10 months. When I came in Andy had already done a great work laying the foundation for a structured HR from a pretty basic level. There were still lots to do however and Andy’s combination of broad knowledge in the HR field (and on many other topics) to a passion for building new structure where there is none made him exceptionally useful. Andy is also a proactive thinker with a very dynamic mindset when it comes to organizational design. And he is good at identifying and defining solutions as well as a highly skilled facilitator, which made him very appreciated as project manager and advisor. I would certainly like to have the opportunity to work with Andy again in the future.
