Who is David
David helps leaders build diverse and inclusive environments where people feel they belong and can fulfil their potential. He loves to create safe spaces that enable others to share their vulnerabilities.
He is an engaging, empathetic facilitator and coach who is willing to address what is uncomfortable. David takes conversations to a level where behavioural change happens because of personal insight and accountability.
With 20 years experience in supporting people to develop their leadership and communication skills, his clients appreciate his capacity to challenge, shine a light on the unspoken and create opportunities for deep self-reflection.
Experiences and passions
David has worked with leaders across a wide range of sectors including, law, banking, the public sector, telecoms, oil and gas and management consulting.
He is passionate about getting different perspectives heard and believes that it is vital for us to interrogate our own conditioning and the impact this has on how we approach life, people and leadership.
David started his career as a lawyer in Germany in the late 90s, co-produced a musical on Broadway, and worked in international film distribution and as an actor, before embarking on a career as a training consultant.
He has lived in Germany, France, Belgium, Luxembourg, Brazil, and the U.S.A and is based in London with his family. He works in English and German.
